- Helped foster and create new member groups
- Co-founder of Midwest Coalition of Labor (MCL)
- Over $8 million in cost cutting measures for the membership
- Initiated the relocation of ElT
- Starting the 1st medical facility for active and retired members

Retirees
- Extended Health and Welfare coverage for covered “C” Members dependents from 90 days to 3 years from date of death
- Extended Health and Welfare coverage for covered “A” Members dependents from 365 days to 3 years from date of death
- Provided two 13th check to Retirees. This included all of the Defined Benefit plans, Plan #2, Plan #4 and Plan #6 for the first time ever
- 1st time in 134 history a one-time buyout for 59 year olds
- Delivered COVID care packages directly to retirees’ residences
- Increased all past retirement credits to $55.00
